Everybody Can Be Great

How does a person measure greatness? This is an important question for the times and I was awestruck when I first read Martin Luther King’s thoughts on the subject in his piece, The Drum Major…

What makes health care affordable is found in allowing the forces of capitalism to act.

I am disappointed in your article.

I find it to be a broad stroke rant than trustworthy information. And, I can only wonder at the agenda behind your accusations.

For instance, what does Christine Blasey Ford’s story have to do with Trump? This was an accusation against Kavanaugh. And, this country was built on the rule of law where you’re innocent until proven guilty.

You say Trump has broken “…every law in The Book…” Since you capitalize that, I must assume you refer to the Bible. You already know that no genuine Christian believer would ever say Trump is sinless. That, in itself, is un-Biblical, for you also know that all of us are sinners.

And why did you have to say Trump broke all the Laws in the Bible. These wild exaggerations make you lose credibility.

So “Jesus would’ve been snatched from His mother’s arms and locked in a cage”? Why did you say such a thing? For one thing, this whole idea of providing temporary housing for illegal aliens’ children began with Obama. To present only part of the story is dishonest.

Plus, after those accusations of abuse, the world’s largest Hispanic Ministerial Association toured those facilities and found none of the abuses main stream media and AOC claimed. In fact, they found just the opposite- that the children were happy and well cared for.

Need I go on?

You say, “Trump and his cohorts have undermined the Affordable Care Act and taken aim at Medicaid and other medical programs…”

In the 1960’s there were about 140 health insurance companies. Free market competition kept the rates low. Now that the government has removed this competition there are only about six major health insurance conglomerates. They have NO incentive to make health care affordable.

Anytime government gets involved, there is rampant waste. Government is not the solution to providing health care. It is the problem that has made it worse. The Affordable Care Act name is simple sleight of hand marketing. It didn’t make it more affordable.

So, it is our moral duty to try to improve medical care by eliminating wasteful government programs.

If you make an honest inquiry you’ll find that most Christians who support Trump didn’t do so because he is sinless. I would never marry him. Sometimes I just wish he would shut up.

But, because of all the issues political candidates wave as their flag - whether it be free health care, free education, cancelled student loans, allowing non-citizen immigrants to receive free health care and educations, cancelling the 2nd Amendment, and so on -

For decades both political parties have participated in the killing of innocent children through abortion. Now every Democratic contender for President supports the killing of innocent children. The count is about 64 million. We’ve aborted almost enough innocent people to re-populate Great Britain!

And we think the Jewish Holocaust was bad because 6 million were murdered.

And because of that he stands as a champion to the innocent and the defenseless.

By the way, since you mention the adulterous woman in your rant, did you not read the whole story where Jesus said “let he who is without sin cast the first stone”?
